The life-size sculptures are made from recycled plastic parts (most of them old toys) only to show that a second life is possible! Robert Bradford managed to create fantastic, even dreamy pieces that make you think twice about the things you are trowing away!
In 2002, he started to consider the possibilities that his children’s forgotten toys could be part of something bigger. Bradford says he likes the idea that the plastic pieces have a history, some unknown past, and that they also pass on a “cultural” history as each of the pieces represents a point in time. Now, this makes history fun and fabulous! From: theCoolHunter
