Now, this is LOVE!

Well, actually this is the Jean Paul Gaultier spring-summer 2013 collection and it's absolutely perfect, as far as I go. Oh my! It's a pleasure to look at it and I'm sure it's crazy-fun to wear it (actually, the pieces are pretty classic, don't you agree?)

No, who do we have here? Do you recognize the stars? Well, first of all (my favorite) Grace Jones!!! I was so happy when I saw the picture, you have no idea!!! There (in no particular order) we have Madonna, Annie Lennox(very cool as well), Sade, Michael Jackson and Boy George.

believe it or not, this collection might just get me blogging again!!! :)

Happily Ever After

I finally managed to get my hands on some photos from Saturday's fashion show (at Expo Arad). Hope you will enjoy them!

This is how I see brides...as individuals! Each bride for me is unique and should have her very own wedding dress, different from all the other wedding dresses. This white gown should tell your story, what you like, what you don't...or in the words of a client:

it should shout out loud I LIKE TO JUMP!

As I said, this are just a few ideas. I, as a designer, need a muse when it comes to a wedding dress! :)

Über Tropikal Airlines

I don't like talking about collections. I just have a few designers that I'll love no matter what and I show their collection when the season begins. Not one season before...I just don't see the point.

Here we have the infamous Jean-Charles de Castelbajac (that I'm crazy about...yes, yes, yes!). Featured is the ss2011 collection, full of African inspiration.

Now, as far as I can see, this is actually a pretty calm and serious collection. I mean, he usually goes crazy-crazy! But this time, things look more down to earth (not that I'm complaining or anything).
Love the Africa-safari inspiration. With the Kente inspired prints, red beads and the savanna-animal details! Also, Le Petit Prince is such a sweet reminder of traveling and innocence...

Yes, Über Tropikal Airlines is simply an Über-Cool collection, with a Über-Hot inspiration!From: NY Magazine-Fashion

Band of Outsiders - Fall 2010

Now this is a group, a Band of Outsiders...that everybody wants to be in!!! They created a great-fun look for fall 2010/2011!

But I'm afraid that when the cold season will start, the brand will change it's name! No Band of Outsiders can be popular, right? Well..they will prove wrong! Love the images, love the clothes, love the show (by the way, Anna Wintour was there at the show and was impressed by it-a smile!!!)

This is why Fashion Is Supposed to be FUN! Jean-Charles de Castelbajac knows it!I'm still crazy in love with the work of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. His designs are so much fun and at the same time so philosophical (but I guess this would be available to pretty much anything).

The autumn-winter 2009/2010 collection from Jean-Charles de Castelbajac is funny, perrrfect, cartoony and historical. All this makes it impossible not to love it! No detail is left untouched, making it just so special (even tough the cuts are clean and simple). Be sure to visit the site (in the same theme).

A big BRAVO! from me! Because of him, I believe in love at first sight!
